Welcome to my web page.  As part of the course requirements for ITEC 501 at the University of Mary Washington, we have been working on the assignments shown on this site.    I have been learning how to use new technology in the classroom.

I am presently a resource teacher at a small private school.  I would like to use the skills learned here to enhance my lessons.  My view of technology in the classroom has expanded.   I would like the students to use blogging, photo sharing, interactive power points, data bases, screen casts, distance learning, and podcasts to showcase their work and expand their knowledge of different subjects.  Now when I look back at some of our projects, new uses for the technology spring to mind.  There are always new and exciting adventures when using technology.
